Omid Khorram

Omid Khorram, MD, PhD is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science. His research focuses on the molecular mechanisms underlying uterine fibroid (leiomyoma) pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on microRNA regulation, long non-coding RNA functions, tryptophan metabolism, and epigenetic modifications.
