Omar Al Hashimi

Dr. Omar Al Hashimi is a Senior Lecturer in Computing and Information Technology at the University of West London, School of Computing and Engineering. He serves as Course Director for the Information Technology program and has over 11 years of academic experience at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Oman. He also held a brief teaching position at London South Bank University during 2020/21.

His research focuses on emerging digital education technologies and smart environments. Key areas include:
