Olya Clark is an Assistant Professor of Health Promotion at Springfield College, affiliated with the School of Physical Education, Performance and Sport Leadership and the Department of Physical Education and Health Education. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes student-driven discovery and critical analysis of socioeconomic and political contexts in health.

Her research focuses on aging populations, health inequity, vaccine hesitancy, and science denial, with a strong emphasis on pedagogical approaches in public health education. Prior to joining Springfield College, she taught at Keene State College, Marlboro College Graduate School, and the University of Massachusetts.
Olya holds a Teacher Certification in Elementary Education and has taught courses such as HLTH 210: Consumer & Environmental Health, HLTH 304: Health Education Methods and Pre-Practicum, and HLTH 260: Drugs and Society.
