Olli Kallioniemi

Olli Kallioniemi is Research Director at the Finnish Institute of Molecular Medicine (University of Helsinki) and Professor of Molecular Precision Medicine at Karolinska Institutet. He directs Sweden's national Science for Life Laboratory and founded the Institute for Molecular Medicine Finland (FIMM). With 30+ years in cancer research spanning 11 years in the US and 3 in Sweden, his work focuses on translating genomic discoveries into personalized cancer therapies.

The research operates at FIMM-Helsinki and SciLifeLab-Stockholm.
