Olivier Lantz

Olivier Lantz is a Researcher and Deputy Director of the Immunity and Cancer (U932) Research Unit at Institut Curie in Paris. He leads the team studying CD4 lymphocytes, innate T lymphocytes, and their interactions with cancer, while also practicing clinical immunology.

Research Focus:

• T cell biology in mouse and human models
• MAIT cells (evolutionarily conserved T cells selected by MR1 protein)
• Tumor-immune system interactions with nominal antigens
• Development of long peptide-based cancer vaccines and DNA vaccination
• Analysis of immune responses in cancer patients

Recent Publications (2024): Analyzed MAIT cell protective roles in colitis, divergent antitumor responses in uveal melanoma, and TCR-independent innate T cell development.
