Oliver Jeffers

Oliver Jeffers is a Research Fellow at the Seamus Heaney Centre, Queen's University Belfast. As an artist and author, his multidisciplinary practice spans painting, bookmaking, illustration, collage, performance, and sculpture, with curiosity and humor as central themes. His work has achieved international acclaim, with picture books translated into over forty languages and sales exceeding ten million copies worldwide.

Jeffers has been featured in major exhibitions at institutions such as:

His honors include:

Originally from Belfast, he currently resides and works in Brooklyn, NY, contributing to the academic and artistic community through his fellowship.
