Oliver Gürtler is a Professor at the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, University of Cologne, since 2009. He is affiliated with the Linnaeus University Centre for Discrimination and Integration Studies (2017–present) and participates in research networks like ECONtribute and C-SEB. His work bridges Personnel Economics, Labor Economics, and Organization Theory, with a focus on Behavioral Management Science.
