Olga Stanislavovna Bogachek

Olga Stanislavovna Bogachek is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Faculty of Economics, Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, joining in 2019. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University, and a BSc/MSc in Mathematics and MBA from Lobachevsky University, Russia. With 15 years of professional experience at Intel (Russia/US) as a Risk and Compliance Manager implementing Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, her research focuses on audit quality, corporate governance, and textual analysis of disclosures.
