Dr. Olga Semukhina is an Associate Professor and Director at Tarleton State University's School of Criminology, Criminal Justice and Strategic Studies. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Affairs from the University of Central Florida and specializes in criminal justice reforms, predictive policing, and cross-cultural law enforcement studies.
