Olga Nowaczyk is an Assistant Professor at the University of Wroclaw's Faculty of Social Sciences, affiliated with the Department of Sociology of Work and Economic Sociology. She currently serves as the Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment and Anti-Discrimination (2020-2024) and maintains active office hours for student consultations. Her academic responsibilities include teaching courses in both Polish and English, covering subjects such as Social Psychology, Qualitative Research Methodology, and Sociology of Social Structures.
