Olga Dontsova is a Full Professor at Skoltech's Center for Molecular and Cellular Biology. Her research focuses on regulation of gene expression, RNA modifications, cancer oncomarkers, and novel antibiotic discovery.
Her work includes:
- Investigating tissue-specific long non-coding RNAs in cancer contexts
- Studying functions of small noncanonical open reading frames (ORFs)
- Developing RNA-based cancer biomarkers
