Dr. Oleh Klochan is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Science at UNSW Canberra. He specializes in low-temperature transport measurements of nanoscale semiconductor devices, particularly focusing on GaAs/AlGaAs systems. His research spans mesoscopic devices, quantum transport, and artificial electronic materials through nanopatterning. He has held roles including Chief Investigator (CI) of the ARC CoE in Future Low-Energy Electronics Technology (FLEET) since 2017.
Education:
- BSc/MSc (equivalent) in Physics, Lviv National University (Ukraine, 2000)
- PhD in Condensed Matter Physics, UNSW (Australia, 2008)
