Ole Broberg

Ole Broberg is a Lecturer Emeritus at the Department of Engineering Technology and Didactics Strategy and Leadership Development, Technical University of Denmark (DTU). His research focuses on participatory ergonomics, knowledge transfer in engineering design, and employee participation in innovation. He holds a PhD and MSc from DTU, specializing in engineering and ergonomics.

Broberg's work addresses challenges in offshore oil industry knowledge transfer, healthcare work system simulation, and Industry 4.0 transitions. He has contributed to UN Sustainable Development Goals through research on education and industry advancements. Key projects include the DVIAA initiative on Design Thinking in OHS management and the EDGE project on offshore design optimization.

He has been recognized with awards such as the IEA Fellow (2016), and has supervised PhD students including Mette Pana and Bilal A. Kadir. His research spans over 180 publications, emphasizing participatory design methods, ergonomics integration, and workplace innovation.
