Olcay SALICI is an Associate Professor at the Department of Physical Education and Sports, Faculty of Sports Sciences, Süleyman DemireL University. With a background in coaching education and sports management, they focus on interdisciplinary research spanning sports performance, psychological aspects of physical education, and racket sports.
