Olav Inge Klingenberg is an Associate Professor at the Department of Medical Biochemistry, University of Oslo, affiliated with Rikshospitalet (Oslo University Hospital). His research focuses on hemoglobinopathies, thalassemia, and protein analysis in clinical diagnostics. He holds roles such as Editor-in-Chief of the Scandinavian Journal of Clinical & Laboratory Investigation and has served in leadership positions within the Norwegian Society of Medical Biochemistry.
Education: M.D. (1988), Dr. Med. (1999) from the University of Oslo. Professional experience includes roles as a consultant in medical biochemistry and postdoctoral research in cancer research.
