Olatz Roman

Olatz Roman is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Economics at the University of Mannheim, specializing in family, labor, and gender economics. She earned her Ph.D. in Economics from the European University Institute in 2025 and focuses on how gendered behaviors and geographic factors shape labor market and family decisions.
