Oktay Duman is a Full Professor of Mathematics at TOBB University of Economics and Technology (TOBB ETU) in Turkey. He has been a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics since 2004 and currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and the Head of the Department of Mathematics.
Dr. Duman earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Ankara University in 2003. His research focuses on approximation theory and summability theory, with significant contributions to nonlinear operators, statistical convergence, and fuzzy approximation. He has authored over 100 scientific articles and four international books.
