Ceylan YALÇIN is an Assistant Professor at Çankaya University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Computer Science (as of 2025). Previously held positions in Mathematics departments at Çankaya University and Türk Hava Kurumu Üniversitesi. Served as Deputy Dean (2022-2023). Holds a PhD from TOBB ETÜ (2017), Master's from TOBB ETÜ (2012), and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics (Gazi University, 2010) and Law (Gazi University, 2021).
Research focuses on mathematical analysis, applied mathematics, and time scales calculus with specializations in statistical convergence, fixed point theory, and dynamic equations. Publications include studies on b-metric spaces, interpolative metric contractions, and Hardy-type Tauberian conditions. Fluent in English with YÖKDİL scores of 90.
