معرفی
Şeyma BİLAZEROĞLU is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Çankaya University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences. She holds a PhD in Mathematics from TOBB University of Economics and Technology (2018), a master's degree from the same institution (2012), and a bachelor's degree from Middle East Technical University (2010).
Research Interests:
- Applied Mathematics, with focus on bifurcation analysis of predator-prey systems and tumor-immune models
- Fixed Point Theory in interpolative metric spaces
- Time-delay differential equations and Hopf bifurcations
- Reaction-diffusion systems modeling complex dynamics
Publication Trends: Her recent work (2023-2025) combines geometric approaches in fixed point theory with ecological and biomedical applications, while earlier studies (2015-2017) emphasize algorithmic methods for bifurcation detection in chemical systems.
Advising: She supervised the 2021 master's thesis "SIĞINAK ETKİSİ İÇEREN LOTKA-VOLTERRA TİPİ BİR AYRIK AV-AVCI MODELİNİN LOKAL KARARLILIK VE ÇATALLANMA" as the main advisor.
Teaching: Has instructed courses like Differential Equations, Numerical Analysis, and Calculus for engineering students since 2010-2012.
