Oksana Kim

Oksana Kim serves as The Allen Lenzmeier Accounting Professor of Leadership & Diversity and Chair of the Department of Accounting & Business Law at Minnesota State University's College of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Melbourne (2011), a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University (2005), and a B.S. in Management from Moscow State University of Technology (2002).

Research Focus: Her work examines corporate governance frameworks, cross-listing dynamics, information risk mitigation, and the adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in post-Soviet economies. She also investigates market efficiency implications and audit quality in international contexts.

Publications: Recent studies include analyses of economic sanctions' impact on audit pricing, audit duality effects, gender diversity in boardrooms, and legislative impacts on financial reporting. These span interdisciplinary intersections of accounting, finance, and regulatory policy.
