Ofra Magidor

Ofra Magidor is the Waynflete Professor of Metaphysical Philosophy at the University of Oxford and a Professorial Fellow of Magdalen College. Her research focuses on Philosophy of Logic, Language, Metaphysics, and Epistemology, with additional work in Philosophy of Mathematics and historical studies of Aristotle. She holds a BSc from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and advanced degrees (BPhil and DPhil) from the University of Oxford.

Professional history includes roles as a CUF Lecturer at Oxford, Tutorial Fellow at Balliol College, and Junior Research Fellow at Queen's College. Her academic contributions bridge foundational questions in logic, language structure, and metaphysical inquiry.
