Professor Oded Ben-Horin is Head of the Department of Arts Education at the Institute of Arts, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. He coordinates the Global Science Opera and co-developed its concept, which originated from the International Year of Light 2015. His work focuses on creative education, STEAM integration, and pedagogical improvisation.
