Dr Nuala Kane is a Clinical Research Associate and MD(Res) Scholar at King's College London's Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience. She specializes in mental health ethics, law, and philosophy of psychiatry, with a focus on contested capacity assessments. Her work analyzes Court of Protection judgments and integrates clinician-patient dynamics.
