Noëlle Gogneau is a CNRS Researcher (CR) at the Centre de Nanosciences et de Nanotechnologies (C2N), part of Université Paris-Saclay. Her research focuses on III-nitride nanowires for piezoelectric and energy applications, with expertise in plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy (PA-MBE) and nanostructured materials. She holds a Ph.D. in Physics from 2004, followed by postdoctoral work at EPFL Lausanne on GaAs nanowires.
Her current research includes selective growth of InP/InAs quantum dots, III-N nanowires for nano-generators, and metrology for energy harvesting. She coordinates the 'Properties and application of epitaxial systems' axis within the PULSE research group. Active projects include the NanoVIBES Flagship, ANR PiezoSens, and Cefipra-funded LED research.
Laboratory affiliations include the Laboratory for Photonic and Nanostructures and C2N. Contact details: Office C117 at 10 Bd Thomas Gobert, Palaiseau, France.
