Noushin Nasiri

Dr. Noushin Nasiri is Associate Professor and Head of the NanoTech Laboratory at Macquarie University's School of Engineering. Her research develops nanostructured materials for wearable sensors enabling personalized preventive medicine, including UV radiation monitoring devices for skin cancer prevention and breath analyzers for disease diagnosis.

Research focuses on nanotechnology-enabled solutions for healthcare: developing miniaturized gas sensors for medical diagnostics, UV photodetectors for sun exposure monitoring, and electrochemical sensors for real-time health monitoring.
