Noshaba Anbreen is a Lecturer in Teacher Education at the University of Birmingham Dubai, where she serves as the programme lead for the PGCE Primary with iQTS and MA (Education) Learning and Teaching. She is affiliated with the Department of Teacher Education within the School of Education. With a strong academic and professional background in science and education, she supports prospective and early-career teachers in exploring pedagogy, policy, and practice.

Her publications reflect a strong focus on remote and blended teacher education, highlighting trends in digital learning models, instructional design, and professional development in STEM contexts. These works span educational technology, policy, and practical classroom applications.

Noshaba has extensive experience mentoring teachers and leading educational initiatives. She has served as a professional and subject mentor in Birmingham schools, Head of Science in Qatar, and led staff development programmes including the first Heads of Science “Teach Meet” in Qatar. She is actively involved in educational outreach, serving as a lead youth mentor with the Prince’s Trust Mosaic programme and providing behavior support in inner-city Birmingham. She has presented at teaching conferences in the UK, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai, including on topics such as Gen Z and science education.
She is affiliated with the Department of Teacher Education and contributes to both the PGCEi and MA (Education) programmes, promoting collaborative and evidence-based teaching practices.
