Norrina Bai Allen is a Professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, with appointments in the Departments of Preventive Medicine, Epidemiology, Medical Social Sciences, and Pediatrics. She serves as Vice Chair for Research in Preventive Medicine and Director of the Institute for Public Health and Medicine (IPHAM) - Center for Health Services & Outcomes Research.

Her research focuses on cardiovascular epidemiology, health services research, and social determinants of health. Her work also spans COPD, epigenetic aging, and pandemic response.
