Dr. Norman T. Sheehan is a Professor of Accounting at the Edwards School of Business, University of Saskatchewan. He specializes in strategy formulation, performance measurement, governance, and risk management. With a PhD from the Norwegian School of Management (BI), he holds professional designations including FCPA, FCMA, CGA, and ICD.D. His teaching focuses on courses like COMM 438 (Management Planning and Control) and MPAcc 832 (Strategy and Governance).
His research explores ESG integration, corporate governance in the #MeToo era, and balanced scorecard applications. He received the Provost’s Award for Outstanding College Teaching (2011) and Master Teacher recognition (2013).
