Norma Möllers is an Associate Professor in the Sociology Department at Queen's University. She holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Universität Potsdam and has held visiting fellowships at the Weizenbaum-Institute for the Networked Society (Berlin) and the Surveillance Studies Centre. Her research examines intersections of science, technology, and politics, focusing on cybersecurity, surveillance technology, and the role of science in state-making. She has led projects funded by SSHRC, including studies on digital sovereignty and cybersecurity's impact on citizenship.
