Norah Vincent, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Clinical Health Psychology at the Max Rady College of Medicine, University of Manitoba. She leads the adult treatment team and coordinates outpatient sleep and mental health services, integrating cognitive behavioral therapies into clinical practice.

Her research emphasizes web-based interventions, stepped care models, and telepsychology for sleep disorders and mental health conditions. She evaluates engagement, treatment preferences, and outcomes in adults, aiming to reduce clinician workload and healthcare costs through scalable interventions.
Dr. Vincent collaborates with research groups like the Behavioural Sleep Medicine Evaluation Unit, the Traumatic Brain Injury Network, and the Healthy Families Lab, with funding from institutions such as the Canadian Cancer Society Research Institute.
