Nora Moran

Nora Moran is an Associate Professor in the Department of Marketing at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). She joined CSUN in 2015 after earning her PhD in Marketing from Virginia Tech's Pamplin School of Business. Her educational background includes an M.B.A. from Villanova University (2009) and a B.A. from Fairfield University (2001).

Research Focus: Dr. Moran's work centers on ethical and behavioral dimensions of marketing, specifically examining corporate social responsibility frameworks, psychological drivers of donation behavior, welfare policies for service-sector employees, and ethical challenges in digital marketing ecosystems.

Teaching: For Fall 2025, she is scheduled to teach MKT 350 (Consumer Information in the Digital Age) and MKT 498A (Field Assignments and Reports-Marketing), with courses delivered both in-person (BB1238) and online.
