Nora López Safont

Nora López Safont is an Associate Professor at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) and a Professor at the ADEMA University School (affiliated with UIB). She holds a PhD in Basic Medical Sciences (2015) from UIB and a Bachelor's in Biology (2005) from the University of Barcelona (UB).

• Research Focus: Biomarker identification, perinatal nutrition impacts on offspring metabolism, malnutrition-related oral pathology, and pediatric/adolescent eating behavior analysis.
• Professional Roles: Head of Studies for the Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at ADEMA, with teaching experience across multiple programs including Biochemistry, Pharmacology, and Genetics.
