Noor Al-Hammadi, Ph.D., MBChB, M.P.H., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health & Clinical Outcomes Research at Saint Louis University's School of Medicine. She holds a Ph.D. in Health Outcomes Research and an M.P.H., both from Saint Louis University. Her research focuses on Warfarin Pharmacogenetics and Predictive Modeling, with a strong emphasis on improving clinical outcomes through data-driven approaches. Dr. Al-Hammadi has received notable awards, including the Ph.D. award with distinction (2022) and a Fulbright Scholarship for her M.P.H. (2007-2009).
Her work spans interdisciplinary areas, including healthcare economics, maternal morbidity, and personalized medicine. She teaches courses such as HDS 5330 (Predictive Modeling and Machine Learning) and HDS 5310 (Analytics and Statistical Programming). Dr. Al-Hammadi is affiliated with professional organizations like the American Public Health Association and the Iraqi Medical Association. Her recent research highlights include studies on substance use disorder impacts, Alzheimer's early detection, and warfarin dosing optimization.
Dr. Al-Hammadi’s contributions extend to improving healthcare equity and patient outcomes through rigorous research and interprofessional education. Her honors include multiple achievement awards for service in biostatistics at Washington University (2014, 2019). She actively publishes in high-impact areas, blending clinical, genetic, and environmental data to address complex health challenges.
