Dr. Noelwah R. Netusil is the Stanley H. Cohn Professor of Economics at Reed College whose research examines how urban environmental conditions affect property values and community welfare. Her current work focuses on flood insurance literacy, sustainable stormwater management, and blue-green infrastructure development through international collaborations. She serves as Associate Editor for Landscape and Urban Policy and teaches environmental economics, public sector economics, and law and economics.
