Noelia Estévez Rionegro

Noelia Estévez Rionegro is a permanent professor in the Department of Applied Didactics at the University of Santiago de Compostela. She holds a PhD in Linguistics (2017) and a Master’s in Information and Communication Technologies in Language Teaching (2023).

Her research focuses on grammar, discourse analysis, computational linguistics, and language teaching through technologies. She has contributed to sociolinguistic and dialectal studies of Galician, particularly in Valdeorras and its literary presence.

Recent articles highlight her work on bilingual education, Galician phraseology, and technology-enhanced language learning. She has received an Extraordinary Prize for her PhD.
