Noel McGrath

Noel McGrath is a Lecturer at UCD School of Law with expertise in commercial and corporate law. He serves as President of the Irish Association of Law Teachers.

Education:

• Barrister-at-Law, King's Inns (2010)

Research focuses on perfection mechanisms in secured credit, company charge registration systems, and insolvency law frameworks. Current work analyzes the intersection of property rights with corporate financial regulation.

Publications include analyses of Irish company charge registration systems and comparative studies of the Cape Town Convention. Co-author of 'Lyall on Land Law' practitioner text.

External examiner for Griffith College Dublin, Dublin Institute of Technology, and Letterkenny Institute of Technology. Teaches corporate governance, international finance law, and insolvency law across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
