Noa Zilberman is a Visiting Researcher and Affiliate Associate Professor at the University of Oxford. Previously, she served as a Fellow and Affiliated Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science and Technology, University of Cambridge. Her research focuses on integrating micro-level architectures with large-scale networked-systems, spanning computer architecture, programmable hardware, networking, and data science. Key interests include sustainable computing infrastructure, networked-systems architectures, in-network machine learning, and performance measurements. She has led projects such as CAND and PERF as Principal Investigator and was the Chief Architect of the NetFPGA initiative.
Her work bridges disciplines, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration and practical applications in systems design. She maintains affiliations with both the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge, contributing to research communities through projects and mentorship.
For collaboration or project inquiries, she directs Cambridge students to Prof Andrew W. Moore. She is affiliated with the NetFPGA project and maintains research group webpages at both institutions.
