In the classroom, she translates operational leadership lessons from military service and business ownership into practical business education. Her teaching covers entrepreneurial strategy, organizational resilience, and community-centered business models developed through founding Celebrities Mobile Boutique and a construction firm. While not currently supervising graduate students, she actively mentors through Kristyn's Closet and veteran support initiatives.
Her community impact centers on Kristyn's Closet, the Mount Vernon veteran resource center she co-founded, which provides clothing and essential items to underserved veterans while serving as a living laboratory for her mentorship research.
