Nissreen BARAKAT

Dr. Nissreen BARAKAT is an Assistant Professor of Management at Rennes School of Business (2022–Present), previously serving at Burgundy School of Business (2021–2022). She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Rennes 1 (2021), an MBA in Strategic Management from the German University in Cairo (2015), and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ain Shams University (2002).

Her research focuses on entrepreneurship, innovation, organizational agility, workforce agility, and digital transformation, with a emphasis on dynamic capabilities and their impact on employee well-being. She teaches courses such as Strategic Management of Innovation, Artificial Intelligence in Business, and Competitive Strategy.

Professionally, she has over 15 years of experience in business analysis and quality assurance management in the ICT sector across Egypt and the UAE. She also managed the sustainability business management specialization at Burgundy School of Business (2021–2022).

Her academic contributions include a Ph.D. dissertation on organizational agility’s impact on work-life balance and presentations at international conferences like the 13th RSEP Conference (2019).
