Nisha Nair is a Clinical Associate Professor at the Katz School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, since 2015. She previously held positions at William Paterson University (visiting faculty) and Indian Institute of Management Indore (tenured faculty). Her teaching spans undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and executive programs.

Her research focuses on negative employee attitudes and behaviors, including work alienation, workplace deviance, organizational development, human resource management, emotions, and conflict. Articles explore diversity, microaggressions, cross-cultural management, and gender inclusion.
