Her research program integrates applied dynamical systems, ergodic theory, and computational statistics to develop rigorous algorithms for scientific computing. Current work focuses on accelerating Bayesian posterior sampling within dynamical systems and advancing linear response theory for invariant measures. She actively explores dynamical systems approaches to optimization and learning algorithms, targeting applications in geosciences through sensitivity analysis, model selection, data assimilation, and PDE-based model order reduction.
