Niroshan Siva is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Anderson Lab at the Pennsylvania State University's Department of Biology. His research focuses on the conversion and nutritional content of plant biomass, with a particular emphasis on prebiotic carbohydrates and their applications in food security.
