Ning He is an Assistant Professor at the School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA) at the University of Georgia, holding a joint appointment in the Department of International Affairs and the Department of Public Administration and Policy. His research bridges comparative politics, international relations, and public administration.
- PhD in Political Science from New York University
His work focuses on authoritarian politics, bureaucracy, civil and international conflicts, and historical political development. He is currently researching the consequences of political control over bureaucracy in authoritarian states, combining historical and contemporary data. His teaching aligns with his research expertise, addressing complex dynamics in governance and international affairs.
