Nils Benit

Nils Benit is a Research Fellow at the University of Hildesheim's Institute of Psychology, affiliated with the Faculty of Educational & Social Sciences. Holding a PhD in Psychology (2013) and an MSc with distinction (2009), he focuses on personnel selection, assessment centers, and psychological testing validity and acceptance.
