Nikoleta Lekaki is a Technical Research Specialist in Atmospheric Sciences at the Cyprus Atmospheric Observatory (CAO), part of the Climate and Atmosphere Research Center (CARE-C) at The Cyprus Institute. She holds an MSc and BSc in Environmental Sciences from the University of the Aegean, Greece. Her expertise includes developing lightweight aerosol measurement instruments and calibrating devices such as Differential Mobility Analyzers (DMA), Condensation Particle Counters (CPC), and Quadrupole Aerosol Chemical Speciation Monitors (Q-ACSM).
Since joining CARE-C in 2019 as a technician, she transitioned to her current role in 2021, contributing to advanced atmospheric research through instrumentation innovation and environmental monitoring. Her work supports climate change studies and air quality assessments, leveraging her technical proficiency in aerosol analysis technologies.
