Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Marsch is a full professor at the Faculty of Law, Universität des Saarlandes, where he holds the Chair of German and European Public Law and Comparative Law since October 2019. He previously served as Director of the Institute for Information and Economic Law at KIT. He teaches core subjects including Data Protection Law, Public Law, and Media Law, and leads innovative teaching initiatives such as the Examens-Klausurcoaching. He is actively involved in academic leadership, digital teaching development, and international cooperation.
