Dr. Nikolaos Giannopoulos serves as Assistant Professor in International and European Law at Utrecht University's School of Law. He is also a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in EU Energy Law at the Utrecht Centre for Water, Oceans and Sustainability Law (UCWOSL). His academic career is focused on legal frameworks governing energy transition within the EU's multi-layered legal system.
