Nikol Bogdan is an active assistant at the Faculty of Law Osijek, part of Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek. She is affiliated with the Department of Labor Law and Social Sciences and Social Work, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in social work, including Theoretical Foundations of Social Work, Prevention of Disorders in Behavior and Psychological Functioning, Practical Classes I, and Community Social Work. She also mentors second-year undergraduate students.
