Niklas Klümper

Dr. Niklas Klümper is an advanced clinician-scientist at the University of Bonn's Faculty of Medicine, affiliated with both the Department of Urology and the Institute for Experimental Oncology (IEO). Supported by the BMBF-funded ACCENT program, he leads a translational research group focused on improving treatment outcomes in uro-oncology through innovative approaches to immunotherapy and antibody-drug conjugates (ADC).

Recent publications highlight his contributions to NECTIN-4 expression patterns, FGFR inhibition resistance, and surfactant protein autoimmunity in treatment-related pneumonitis. His work bridges clinical practice with experimental research, demonstrating how established laboratory markers can be integrated into daily oncology care.
