Niklas Arvidsson is a Professor at the Department of Business Law, Faculty of Law, Lund University, and a researcher at the Lund University Centre for Business Law (ACLU). His work focuses on corporate law, contract law, and construction law, with a particular emphasis on shareholder agreements, debt instruments, and industrial contracts.

Arvidsson's research explores the legal frameworks governing corporate entities, contractual obligations, and construction law, including contributions to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) like sustainability and responsible economic practices.
